At the heart of every job is a mix of challenges. Our courses span all operational levels and develop the full diversity of skills required for each one. For middle managers we have programmes to develop team-based and project-leading skills. For director level and above it’s all about leadership skills.

Our training portfolio spans courses for first line managers from the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) right through to ILM level five awards including Certificate in Mentoring and Vocational Qualifications Management.

Our suite of NVQs (National Vocational Qualifications) include Management awards through to A1 and V1 Assessors and Internal Verifiers awards (for staff who will go on to assess NVQ candidates themselves, carrying out evaluations against national standards and quality assurance systems).
